Katy Wilson Wine Consulting

"I love wine because it tells a story—of the land, the season, and the hands that shaped it. Every bottle is a time capsule, and every glass is a chance to share something honest and beautiful." — Katy Wilson

Katy Wilson’s journey into winemaking began on her family’s walnut orchard in California’s Central Valley, where she gained a deep appreciation for the land. At Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she discovered viticulture and its unique blend of science, creativity, and community, leading her to double-major in Agriculture Business and Wine & Viticulture. At 18, she landed her first industry job in the Central Valley, later expanding her experience internationally in Australia, New Zealand, and Napa. Katy’s winemaking philosophy centers on allowing each vineyard to express its individuality, working with organically farmed sites and adapting to each vintage to craft wines that reflect their place and time.
